The upstairs space can accommodate 130 people and the lively drinking spot nestled in the bustling West Street also has a beer garden to the rear of the property.

Bloo 88 also offers paid for cocktail making masterclasses and owners cite students from the city’s universities as driving the pub’s sales, alongside circuit trade.

The pub is offering a fixed five year tenancy agreement for the new owners and projecting a forecasted operator profit of £53,190 – which includes machine profit.

The Sheffield city centre boozer is in a partial tie agreement – where all beer, cider and minerals are tied – according to Greene King, this will allow tenants to have more freedom purchasing products from other suppliers, compared to a pub which is owned by a brewery.
