Have your say

Full of 1980s rock classics, hence the name, Rock Of Ages is certainly not your average musical theatre piece, but Splinters 25 put on a great performance with excellent principals and energetic choreography. Mark Holmes was brilliant as narrator Lonny Barnett who broke the sacred fourth wall in such a clever way.

Adam Walker and Jess Curr were fabulous as Drew Boley and Sherrie Christian, with good vocal and acting talent - Curr especially. The songs were performed with lots of energy and the audience was clapping along. Each cast member was giving it their all and it was undoubtedly a feel-good night. For me, the only downside was the lack of precision with harmonies, as ensemble voices didn’t blend as much as I would have liked. That being said, I had a thoroughly enjoyable evening.
