Championship clubs have one week remaining to complete their business in the January transfer window before the February 1 deadline. Sheffield Wednesday have dipped into the market on a couple of occasions already this month with the signings of Ike Ugbo and James Beadle and they could well make further additions over the next seven days.
Several names have been linked with a switch to Hillsborough but the Owls aren't the only second tier outfit tempted by some last minute business, with deals to be done across the division. With that in mind, here's 10 big deals that could still be done before the end of the window.
5. Stefano Sensi - Inter Milan to Leicester City
If reports are to be believed this one looks to be agreed. The only hitch is Leicester need to move on a player to make the space required in their squad and they haven't managed to do that yet.
6. David Okereke - Cremonese to Watford
Watford are looking for a Rhys Healey replacement and according to reports in Italy, Okereke is one they are looking at. Besiktas are also keen, but Il Giorno claim Watford are leading the chase.
7. Ryan Giles - Luton to Hull City
Giles has been linked to several Championship clubs this month, including Leeds United, but Hull City seem to have got there first. At the time of writing this one isn't done, but it's expected to be completed without a hitch. Photo: Eddie Keogh
8. Ben Johnson - West Ham to Leeds United
Leeds' interest in Johnson has been widely reported as they look for a new right-back following the departures of Djed Spence and Luke Ayling.
Johnson is out of contract in the summer and while his future is undecided, it wouldn't be a surprise to see this one gather pace late in the window.
