WEATHER: Milder conditions in Sheffield today

Sheffield is set for a milder day today after the cold snap at the weekend.

It is due to be mainly dry, with some bright or sunny spells this morning and temperatures are expected to reach a high of 8C.

Temperatures will drop to around 3C overnight and the wind is expected to strengthen. There could be some outbreaks of rain by dawn.

Tomorrow will be cloudy, milder and there could be some outbreaks of rain or drizzle, along with strong winds, during the morning.

There will be sunny spells and occasional blustery showers through the afternoon.
