Should New Beetwell Street be fenced off to tackle disorder?
The idea of fencing off part of New Beetwell Street to tackle yobbish behaviour has been raised at a meeting of council chiefs and police, according to a report.
The draft document - which was mistakenly published on Chesterfield Borough Council's website - states the idea was raised during a recent meeting about possible ways of combating disorder along the road.
