A police search has been launched for a teenage boy reported missing from home after he failed to return from a South Yorkshire college.

Daniel Santocki, aged 17, from South Elmsall, was last seen at Barnsley College yesterday.

He is white, thin, has a slightly spotty complexion and brown eyes along with black hair, which is shaved at the sides and back, but long at the top.
Daniel was last seen wearing a white hooded jacket, light blue, loose fitting jeans and black Nike trainers with orange logo.

A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said: "We are concerned for Daniel's welfare after not coming home from college."
