Robbers brandished gun during raid in Barnsley home

A police E-fit has been released of an armed robber involved in a raid in which the occupants of a house in Barnsley were threatened with a gun.

Two men raided a property in Eadon Crescent, Hoyland, and threatened the occupants with weapons including a firearm.

They struck at 8.30pm on Saturday, February 27, and stole cash before leaving in a light blue Vauxhall Insignia, or a similar car.

One of the robbers was Asian and was wearing a black balaclava.

The other was white.
