Police officers investigating criminal damage in a Sheffield park are urging residents not to 'tolerate' vandalism.
A bench and bin have been set alight in Hollinsend Park, Gleadless and graffiti has been daubed on play equipment and around the park.
Police officers want help in identifying the culprits.
They have issued photographs of the damage in a bid to urge those with information to come forward.
A South Yorkshire Police spokesman said: "Over recent weeks members of the public have reported damage caused in Hollinsend Park.
"A bench has been set on fire and a blue bin has also been set alight in the middle of the play area - badly damaging the playing surface.
"A large amount of graffiti has also been found on various items of park furniture.
"This is not only a criminal offence but it is destroying the park for younger children and costs us, the taxpayer, money to repair."
Anyone with information should call South Yorkshire Police on 101.
