Rhys Callum Nadin, 26, of Dale Road, Matlock. Indicated a guilty plea to dishonestly receiving stolen goods namely a USB stick belonging to PFRG Engineering. Fined £120 and must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Benjamin Michael Wain, 25, of Woodview Close, Wingerworth, Chesterfield. Indicated a guilty plea to breaching a restraining order by attending, shouting and swearing at an address which he was prohibited from doing. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for eighteen months with a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement. Must pay a £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Adam Nicholas Perkins, 25, of Chester Street, Chesterfield. Admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offences which were subject to the community order of damaging a Samsung television, a kitchen cupboard door, a mirror and a living room door and assault. Pleaded guilty to having an offensive weapon in public, namely nun chucks. Must pay a £115 victim surcharge. Committed to prison for 16 weeks.

Mark Albert Reynolds, 41, of Mercaston Close, Holmehall, Chesterfield. Indicated a guilty plea to attempting to steal washing up liquids valued at £22.76 belonging to Spar. Community order to last until May 9, 2018, with a Drug Rehabilitation Requirement and a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement. Must pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Admitted committing an offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order for the offences of theft and assault. Suspended sentence of eight weeks of imprisonment suspended for 12 months extended to an operational period of 15 months.

Jack Smith, 18, of Redgate Street, Pinxton. Proved in absence that he travelled on a railway without having paid a £9.90 fare and with intent to avoid payment. Fined £220 and must pay £9.99 compensation and a £30 victim surcharge and £150 costs.

Adam John Thompson, 22, of Southgate Crescent, Clowne. Pleaded guilty to damaging a door to the value of £100. Discharged conditionally for one year. Must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Steve Francis, 27, of Pullman Close, Staveley. Pleaded guilty to stealing a bottle of vodka, a charger, protein powder and chicken and mince meat to the value of £89.50 belonging to Tesco Extra. Fined £40 and must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Pleaded guilty to exceeding the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £120. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Paul Bywater, 53, of Boythorpe Road, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to speeding. Fined £70 and must pay a £30 victim surcharge. Driving record endorsed with three points.

Ashley Collingwood-Hook, 22, of Downing Street, South Normanton. Pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence. No separate penalty. Pleaded guilty to being the driver of a vehicle owing to the presence of which an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to another vehicle and failed to stop and failed to give details. Fined £120 and must pay £250 compensation and £50 costs. Disqualified from driving for six months. Pleaded guilty to using a vehicle without insurance. No separate penalty.

Jacob Gerrald Bower, 34, of Boythorpe Avenue, Chesterfield. Indicated a guilty plea to possessing 0.7grammes of diamorphine. Fined £346 and must pay a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
