Dean Aldred, 41, of Model Village, Creswell. Pleaded guilty to exceeding the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £255 and must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 14 months.

Ben Mark Seal, 18, of Slack Lane, Heath, Chesterfield. Proved in absence that he failed to give information relating to the identification of the rider of a Suzuki motorcycle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Liam Andrew Mellor, 20, of King Street, Alfreton. Pleaded guilty to stealing cough medicine. Must pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Community order to last until July 7, 2017, with 40 hours of unpaid work.

Scott Pizer, 40, of Thorntree Court, Grangewood, Chesterfield. Admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements imposed after release from imprisonment in that he failed to report to the relevant officer. Fined £50.

Ian Anthony Watson, 30, of Chester Street, Chesterfield. Admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements imposed after release from imprisonment. Committed to prison for 14 days. Pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour. Fined £80 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge. Committed to prison for seven days in default of payment of £80. Pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in public. Fined £100. Committed to prison for seven days in default of payment of £100.

John Billington, 44, of Priestley Avenue, Mickley, Stretton, Alfreton. Pleaded guilty to speaking to someone when he was prohibited from doing so by a restraining order. Pleaded guilty to assault.
