A police probe is underway into a burglary at a Sheffield school.
Halfway Junior School, Halfway, was broken into sometime between Thursday, August 4 and yesterday.
The culprit broke into a school outbuilding but nothing was stolen.
Inspector Jason Booth, of South Yorkshire Police, said: "Nothing was stolen, however the building contains vital equipment for the school such as the utilities and any damage caused to these may cause serious injury to those involved and potential damage to the school.
"We are appealing for any information and we will be ensuring additional attention to the area."
Anyone with information should call South Yorkshire Police on 101.
