Sheffield women invited to festive lunch for cancer charity

Women across Sheffield and South Yorkshire are being invited to come together for a festive afternoon of food, networking and inspiration as Dragonfly Cancer Trust brings its Christmas Ladies Lunch to Kenwood Hall Hotel on Wednesday 25 November.

Following the success of its first Ladies Lunch, the charity is returning with a Christmas-themed event combining a festive afternoon tea, opportunities to make new connections and a special talk from business leader and inspirational speaker Michelle Oxley.

Guests will hear Michelle’s powerful talk, Remember Who You Are, in which she draws on her experiences of overcoming domestic abuse and serious health challenges to encourage women to look beyond the roles they fulfil every day and reconnect with who they are.

Michelle, a mentor and UK leader of CHOGAN fragrances, will deliver a talk combining humour, honest reflection and audience interaction, offering an opportunity for guests to pause, reflect and take away a message that reaches beyond the afternoon itself.

Guests will be greeted with a choice of mulled wine, Prosecco or juice on arrival before enjoying a Christmas-themed afternoon tea served buffet style.
