An 80s legend is set to rock Sheffield fans with an intimate appearance at a city venue.

Nik Kershaw and his band perform with support from Seb Wesson on Thursday, July 9, at Sheffield Foundry.
The ever popular pop star signed with MCA Records in 1983 and released "I Won't Let The Sun Go Down" that September, reaching number 47 in the UK charts and number two when re-released the following summer.
"Wouldn't It Be Good" followed in January 1984, reaching number four and breaking Kershaw worldwide.
The album "Human Racing" achieved platinum sales in many territories and he completed two European tours, four more hit singles and another platinum album "The Riddle" before year's end.
1981 saw three hit singles, international tours and an appearance at Live Aid. He recorded two further albums with MCA before leaving the spotlight in 1989 to focus on songwriting and production.
During the 1990s he worked with Cliff Richard, Bonnie Tyler, Lulu and others, notably penning "The One and Only" for Chesney Hawkes.
He briefly interrupted his sabbatical to work with Tony Banks from Genesis and record a duet with Elton John.
Kershaw returned to recording in 1998 with "fifteen Minutes" and subsequently released "To Be Frank", "You've Got To Laugh" and "No Frills".
His recent albums include "Ei8ht" and "Oxymoron". Throughout his career, Kershaw has attracted praise from Eric Clapton and Miles Davis and received four Brit Award nominations.
