Two killed in East Coast biker crash

TWO South Yorkshire men have been killed in a weekend motorbike crash as they rode back from a trip to the East Coast.

The pair, both from Swinton, near Rotherham, were involved in a fatal collision as they led a convoy of four bikes back from Cleethorpes, on the B1203 at Swinhope near Market Rasen, on Saturday afternoon.

The rider was 43-year-old William Mansell, a lorry driver, of Manor Road, Swinton, and his pillion passenger was Martin Paul Rhodes, 31, a pipe fitter, also from Swinton.
