One of the UK’s favourite burger restaurants, Five Guys, have announced the introduction of Curbside, which is a personalised and precise-location food pick-up order service.

A selection of stores across the country will offer this latest collection experience, which promotes contactless payments and removes the need for customers to leave their cars to collect their Five Guys takeaway.

Curbside uses proprietary location technologies, sending timely customer arrival notifications to Five Guys Crew so orders can be prepared and brought to customers as soon as they arrive close to the restaurant.

From the start of an order to completion, Curbside supports the entire customer journey, providing a faster, easier order and pick-up experience.

In addition to Click & Collect and Deliveroo orders, customers now have the option to have their favourite Five Guys meal delivered to their car via a safe, contactless method.

Similar to Click & Collect, users of Curbside simply place an order online via the Five Guys website or app, but in addition Five Guys will know when you arrive to bring the food out to your car using pioneering technology – a first for the UK’s food and beverage sector.
