The Arena’s 27th year in showbiz was another memorable season both off and on stage.Behind the scenes SIVLive and Ticketmaster UK announced an exclusive long-term ticketing partnership that will see, for the very first time, the introduction of digital ticketing into SIVLive’s venues.Ticketing innovations such as Fan to Fan Ticket Exchange – where if a customer buys a ticket to an event and then finds they then can’t attend, means they can sell that ticket to another person via the SIVLive's Ticket Exchange. Then there is the customer Fan Guarantee - where customers are offered a 24-hour cooling off period to cancel and refund, or exchange their order if they change their mind within 24 hours of booking, giving customer confidence when booking tickets through the venue by offering official resale alternatives to the unregulated market place. In 2019 the venue moved to cashless payments for parking and food & drink bringing the benefit of quicker service and reduce waiting times.Over the summer the Arena underwent a rebrand to reflect its history and heritage with the names of many of the amazing acts and shows that have graced the Arena stage, since it opened in 1991, painted on the building.WIN SHEFFIELD FLYDSA ARENA 2020 TOP SHOW TICKETSFor a chance to win the Sheffield FlyDSA Arena 2020 tickets enter our free prize draw by secure online form, Twitter or post.
