Victoria Quays: Live music, plant sale and raffle at Dorothy Pax this weekend in aid of Sheffield charity

Taking place this Sunday, June 23, a joint event with Dorothy Pax and mental health charity Sheffield Flourish will see more than half a dozen artists perform at Victoria Quays between 2pm and 8pm.
The event has a ‘pay what you feel’ entry fee, and is being held to raise money for Oasis, a Sheffield Flourish mental health-friendly gardening and food growing enterprise, for people from “all walks of life”.

What artists are performing at Dorothy Pax?
Tucked away in the gorgeous surroundings of Victoria Quays, Dorothy Pax will be hosting eight artists with a variety of musical styles. These are:
- Open Door - a jamming group who will perform some of their favourite covers, sharing the joy and connection that comes from their shared love of music.
- Dorian Seven - with an eclectic fusion of original urban vibes, offering soup for the soul that's easy on the ear.
- Bitten Whippet - four-piece band that combines indie influences with an edgy twist.
- The Rebel Art Centre - featuring drums, guitars, bass, trumpet, and keyboards, with diverse influences.
- Ceejay & The Misfits - with punky urban folk.
- Jemma Rosenthal - a singer-songwriter and producer known for her "angelic" voice and eclectic music style.
- WaterBear - WaterBear College of Music will be bringing some of their talented students to perform acoustic sets outside.
- DJs Harry and Annie - With a mix of 80s, post-punk, new wave and synth pop.
A spokesperson for the event said: “We'd love you to join us on a pay what you feel basis and enjoy the mental health friendly atmosphere and music on offer.”
