We’ve picked nine of the best pubs with lovely walks nearby on which you can take in the changing colours this autumn.
The walks range from woodland treks to gentle lakeside strolls, with quaint villages en route.
Many of the pubs featured have roaring fires to warm up in front of, pretty beer gardens from which to admire the views, and rich histories.
