Nine of the best cafes, bars, restaurants and attractions opening in Sheffield this summer.

From cafes and bars, to a comedy club, Sheffield has seen a spree of opening plans in recent weeks.

With the sun starting to shine, and indoor areas opening from May 17, you have no excuse to support our independent bars, cafes, restaurants and attractions.

From the team behind the popular fishmongers and Kommune eatery JH Mann, Native, a British seafood restaurant on Gibraltar Street, will open on May 19.
The couple behind popular Sheffield cafe Marmadukes will open their third cafe in the city, this time in an old sorting office on Ecclesall Road.
Age UK are in the process of a £1 million project renovating the Hillsborough Park Coach House, giving the park a cafe, with the aim to open this summer.
The Furnace will be the first bar and restaurant as part of the Heart of the City project. From the team behind the popular bar The Botanist, booking are now open and live music will also be on offer.
New craft beer bar Pangolin in the up-and-coming Hillsborough offers draft craft beer from keg and bottle, as well as wines and spirits. Great for a sunny day.
A burger restaurant, sports bar and Scandinavian-style café are all set to open at Sheffield's £70m New Era Square. The square will open from later this month.
Visit ROFL Comedy Club, Sheffield’s ‘first’ purpose-built comedy club which is set to open at a former Pizza Express in the city centre.
The popular Dyson Place off Sharrow Vale Road is set to get a bar this summer. The team behind the Yorkshire Wildlife Park Cafe are set to open this all-day brunch/cocktail bar in coming month. Keep an eye out on the Sheffield Telegraph for more information.
Copa Caffé, 277-279 Ecclesall Road, will open next month serving local produce, including Cuppa’s Choice coffee, doughnuts from Suited Baker and Our Cow Molly milk. The Copa Bar will also open further up the road in August.
