"The team has put a lot of time reviewing how we run the business to ensure we are fully following government guidelines for Covid-19.
“We’ve made sure that everyone is able to enjoy their climbs carefully without compromising on having fun with the team. Until government guidelines change, our soft play area will remain closed, but we’ll be reopening it as soon as we can.”
It is recommended that that customers book online in advance to avoid disappointment and for a faster check-in on arrival – this will also save them £1 per climber.

Capacity at the centre has been reduced to help maintain social distancing in line with government guidelines.
The climbing centre also has enhanced hygiene and cleaning regimes in place, with hand sanitising stations placed throughout and all staff wearing suitable PPE. All visitors over 11 years are asked to wear a face covering during their visit.
As a thank you to NHS staff after the lockdown, Rock Up is also planning to offer a day of free sessions later in August with details to be announced soon.
