A former salon and takeaway were among 40 lots auctioned online in Sheffield.

The takeaway on Ellerton Road, Firth Park, was called Montanas, which sold pizzas and kebabs. It had a guide price of £35,000 and was sold for £42,500.
Agent Mark Jenkinson said the premises was let as a take away for three years from January 2021 at £100 per week.
The former salon on Owlerton Green, Hillsborough, had a guide price of £195,000 and sold for £215,000. It was described as a high profile commercial property.
