5. Jade Goody

6. Dolly Parton
OK, this isn't Sheffield but it's very close and remarkable enough to make the list - country singer Dolly Parton came to South Yorkshire in 2007 to launch her 'Imagination Library' children's literacy scheme in Rotherham.
