Aspiring showbiz students from Sheffield were treated to a workshop by professionals from the show Blood Brothers.
Performer Daniel Taylor and assistant musical director Phil Gostelow from Blood Brothers – which has just finished a two-week run at the Sheffield’s Lyceum Theatre – visited Razzamataz Theatre School in Norton, Sheffield.
Daniel spent a day at the school, which has 250 youngsters on its books.
Students aged nine to 11 and 12 to 18 were treated to character work and given an insight into life as a performer during a question and answer session.
Daniel, who plays Sammy in Blood Brothers has also appeared in TV shows The Bill and Brookside.
He said: “The students were a pleasure to teach and we had lots of fun. There’s plenty of talent here and I wouldn’t be surprised if some of these students go on to make a name for themselves.”
