Students in awards final
SHEFFIELD Volunteering is celebrating after being shortlisted for two national honours.
The organisation, which helps students and staff of the University of Sheffield give something back to the local community, has been nominated in separate awards sponsored by the Guardian and the Times Higher Education Supplement newspapers.
Head of Sheffield Volunteering, Stella McHugh, said: "Our staff and student volunteers play a vital role in the local community."
