Showcase of dance talent

SOME of Derbyshire's most promising dancers will soon be showcasing their talents in a colouful kaleidoscope of dance.

The event called Sway! will be staged at 7pm on Sunday October 21 at Buxton Opera House after 18 months of choreography.

The show will feature more than 100 pupils and students from the Bakewell School of Dance and Theatre Arts.

There will be many routines inspired by the Latin rhythms of salsa, the uptempo beats of swing and the melodious tones of Stevie Wonder.
