IT is no wonder canny musician Ben Griffith can play for free at Sheffield's Fox & Duck pub this Saturday - the south coast troubadour has been given gratis use of a car and all the petrol he requires.
Just as well really as the young singer-songwriter will be covering 2,500 miles on his tour - a quarter of the way to Australia -
The perk is down to Ben’s involvement in an advertising campaign for Ford's new-model Focus Zetec Climate in which he was pictured in national newspapers loading a guitar into the boot.
The ebullient acoustic type is on the road pushing his Tea & Sympathy EP, which came out last week. The Fox & Duck is on Fulwood Road, Broomhill.
