'Right to buy' warning
IF you're planning to buy your council house, save money by avoiding a 'Right to Buy' company currently targeting people in Derbyshire and the High Peak.
Derbyshire Trading Standards has issued the warning after being alerted to advertisements from firms offering to help buy a property with incentives such as a free three-piece suite.
A DTS spokesman said: "Tenants who arrange their own mortgage and solicitor will almost certainly pay lower fees."
