Prayer for Mondays
FROM Garfield to Geldof, everyone hates Mondays - but now help could be on hand from the Almighty.
A special selection of prayers has been published by the Church of England to call for divine help banishing the Monday blues.
The collection, published today on the Church’s official website, range from the words of the hymn writer Charles Wesley to the thoughts of a curate from Catford, east London, on the trials and tribulations of commuting by train.
