Plea for park group helpers
VOLUNTEER groups looking after parks in north Sheffield are appealing for members.
Friends of Chapeltown and High Green Parks are being supported by Hillsborough MP Angela Smith in their quest for extra pairs of hands.
Ms Smith, who is approaching Sheffield Council on the groups' behalf for funding to provide new a playground, said: "Groups such as the Friends of Chapeltown and High Green Park do tremendous work in improving these vital community assets.
