Singing sensation Ellie Goulding brings her arena tour to Sheffield next month – and you could be there.

The Star has teamed up with tour promotors SJM Concerts to give away FIVE pairs of tickets – worth more than £70 a pair – to her show at Sheffield Arena on Saturday, March 12.

Ellie’s tour comes hot on the heels of her album Delirium, which reached number three on its release in November.

Delirium is her third album, following her number one debut album Lights, and second album Halcyon, which also reached number one.

It has been a whirlwind few years for the 29-year-old singer from Herefordshire.

Since the release of Lights in 2010, she has sold more than 20 million records, won two Brit Awards – and is in the running for two more at this year’s ceremony – and had Vevo views and streams both in excess of one billion.

Last year’s Love Me Like You Do single, meanwhile, was a worldwide number one hitting the top spot in 70 countries.

Ellie also reached top spot in the British single charts with Burn in 2013, while her cover of Sir Elton John’s Your Song, used in retailer John Lewis’ 2010 Christmas TV ad, reached number two.

To be in with a chance of winning a pair of tickets, enter our free draw by post, email, or Twitter.

The deadline for competition entries is noon on Friday, February 26.

Winners will be notified the following week.

To enter, send your name, address and a daytime phone number to Ellie Goulding competition, Jon Ball, The Star, York Street, Sheffield S1 1PU, email with ‘Ellie Goulding comp’ in the subject line and those details in the message, or follow @jon_ball33 on Twitter and retweet any of his #StarCompGoulding tweets – usual SNL rules and terms apply.

And do not worry if you are not lucky enough to win – tickets are still available to buy.

Tickets, priced from £36.75, are available from 0114 256 5656, online at or in person at the venue box office in Attercliffe.
