Hundreds of people flocked to watch Sheffield band The Everly Pregnant Brothers perform a rooftop gig at the Tramlines festival, writes Ellen Beardmore.
Massive crowds sang along with the ukulele six-part band’s humorous take on classic songs such as Pork Pie, a remix of Blur’s Park Life.
The loudest cheers outside the Fat Cat pub in Kelham Island, which overspilled with revellers, were reserved for favourites such as the band’s rendition of Common People by Sheffield legends Pulp.
The Everly Pregnant Brothers - starring Sheffield artist Pete McKee and also radio presenter Toby Foster - also star on the Tramlines stage at Devonshire Green tomorrow at 1pm.
