KEEPING customers happy isn't the easiest job in the world.
But a trio of workers at Hatfields in Sharrow Vale Road, Sheffield, makes it look easy.
Senior parts advisor Melvyn Deakin from Aston, service advisor Stuart Openshaw from Barnsley, and sales advisor Jeff Dodd from Sheffield all received certificates from Jaguar UK in recognition of their dedication to delivering customer service excellence.
The awards were presented by Ian Kendall, regional manager at Jaguar UK.
He said: "These employees have demonstrated the knowledge, skills and ability needed to offer a professional, premium experience to customers."
Principal dealer Andrew Jeffery added: "Customer expectations of a premium brand like ours have never been greater.
"Jaguar customers expect the very best, so we need to consistently excel at everything we do in order to provide outstanding levels of customer service.
