Sheffield fun day celebrates city’s diverse cultures

An International Community Cultural Fun Day is being held on Monday to celebrate the diversity of cultures in Sheffield.

Hosted by the Sheffield and District African Caribbean Community Association, the event will include art and craft displays, traditional music, cultural food tasting and storytelling, plus children’s workshops and activities.

The day will aim to achieve a greater respect and shared understanding between communities, with a view to assisting in making Sheffield a more harmonious city.

The event will be held between 11am and 8pm at SADACCA, 48 Wicker, Sheffield.
