A DUO completed a daredevil challenge to raise thousands of pounds for a charity which helped their Sheffield relative.

Amy Gregory, aged 24, and her uncle Michael, 44, were raising cash for CLIC Sergeant.

Amy, of Ecclesfield, Sheffield was keen to highlight the work of the organisation after they helped nephew Riayn Royles.

Riayn, now four, was just 19 months when he was diagnosed with leukaemia. Throughout his illness, CLIC Sergeant provided support for Riayn and his family.

To mark Riayn’s last year of treatment, Amy and her uncle took part in the sponsored tandem skydive, raising £2,452.

Amy, an accountancy officer, said: “We had a lot of support from family & friends who joined us.”
