As if new apartments at Peninsula in Sheffield didn’t already represent tremendous value, for one weekend only developers S Harrison are offering an added bonus - £500 vouchers to spend on furnishing and fittings for new home buyers.

The no-strings-attached John Lewis voucher offer is exclusively available to those who visit the Peninsula show home on Cross Bedford Street this weekend, and go on to buy one of the remaining studio, one or two bedroom apartments on this popular development.

Says Ian Wilson of selling agents Saxton Mee: “Once viewers see the apartments the properties tend to sell themselves. The location and the build quality, matched by high standard fittings, have made Peninsula a really popular buy for singles and couples looking to live near the heart of the city. The place has a real community feel. There is secure parking available for those who require it but with the apartments being right by a tram stop, a car is not essential!”

This weekend Saxton Mee have organised an open house event. Visitors who report to the fully furnished show-apartment can look around any of the handful of remaining properties, any time between 10am and 3pm on both Saturday and Sunday and see for themselves exactly what Peninsula has to offer.

“For those who require mortgage advice, we have also arranged for an independent mortgage advisor to be on hand right throughout the weekend,” says Ian.

“These studios and apartments come complete with high quality kitchen and bathroom fittings so an additional £500 will go a long way to giving your new home that perfect finishing touch.”

Studio apartments are priced from just £70,000 with one bed apartments from £85,000 and two bed apartments from £115,000. For those who need time to raise a deposit, Saxton Mee will also talk about the possibility of a try-before-you-buy option where buyers can rent for a year and the rent will count towards the purchase price.

10am – 3pm Saturday 11th/Sunday 12th May.
