Pensioners’ trolley boost

Have your say

FREE bowling and discounts on Sandtoft Trolleybus Museum are new additions to a cut-price scheme for Doncaster pensioners.

The Borough Treasures scheme, run by Doncaster Council, offers deals on attractions for over-60s and has been running since 2007.

The Trolleybus Museum is new for 2011, as are the borough’s bowling greens.

Venues such as Crookhill Park Golf Course, The Dome, Doncaster Racecourse, and Doncaster Little Theatre are also among the venues that are part of the scheme.

To join the scheme take proof of age to a Doncaster Council customer service centre, library, the Mansion House, or the Blue Building on High Street.
