Shoppers are being given the chance to pick up fitness tips, gain advice on legal matters and learn about terrific days out in the region, plus much more at a special ‘Meet The Experts’ event in Sheffield city centre.
The event – organised by the Sheffield Telegraph and The Star – is bringing businesses and organisations together for the showcase at Fargate on Tuesday, September 15, from 9am onwards.
It is being hosted to help local companies exchange information with customers, and staff from the Sheffield Telegraph and The Star, are also due to attend to speak to our loyal readers.
A total of 12 different businesses and organisations will have information stalls and they will be on hand to speak to customers about the latest top offers and deals available.
Staff from Sheffield International Venues are expected to offer fitness tips and explain about their Fitness Unlimited membership deals at leisure facilities across the city, including at Ponds Forge International Sports Centre, Hillsborough Leisure Centre and Concord Sports Centre.

Norrie Waite and Slater Solicitors can give free advice on the legal services they offer.
Staff from Simpson Sissons & Brooke Solicitors will also be available to advise on wills, personal injury claims, family law and more.
Visitors can also pick up information about the Grade II listed The Old Rectory in Handsworth.
The historic venue can be hired out for social occasions such as weddings, children’s parties, birthdays and anniversaries.
Staff from the Cutlers Spice Indian restaurant will be available for you to make table bookings and to offer advice on the delights ready to order on their menu.
Other participating businesses include Grosvenor G Casino, ibath Limited, E Cloud, Inspire Yorkshire and Sero Consulting, based at University Technical College Sheffield.
Advertising staff from the Sheffield Telegraph and The Star are also due to have an information stall.
Marcus Schofield, display advertising manager, said: “This is a great opportunity to get information about a wide range of services and goods offered by these fantastic companies.
“The aim of the day is purely to exchange information between the customer and business.
“So whether it’s advice or a quick chat your after or simply to pick up a leaflet or a brochure, these local companies are only too willing to help.”
