FANS of Sheffield singer-songwriter Richard Hawley can now apply for free tickets to see him play a special one-off gig with a live orchestra.
The performer will be appearing at the Magna centre in Rotherham on September 8, presenting a selection of songs from his back catalogue with accompaniment from the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra.
The concert is part of a series of one-off shows being held across the north of England and broadcast live on radio.
Tickets can be applied for until next Tuesday at 4pm, and organisers have promised that half of the passes will be allocated for residents in Sheffield and Rotherham.
It will be the first time Richard has performed with a full symphony orchestra.
