IT hasn't ticked or tocked since 2006.
Now five years, on the fingers on the clock at Sheffield Railway Station are again on the move.
The clock, installed during the redevelopment of Sheaf Square as part of the 40 million Gateway to the City project, has never worked.
Mike Empsall, from Sheffield Council who repaired the clock said: "The original contractors spent four years arguing the case. We took the matter into our own hands and we will take the money off the contractor for doing it.
"Street Force have been wonderful connecting it all up and now it does tell the right time."
