‘Flour power’ down at t’mill

Have your say

Visitors to a historic South Yorkshire attraction are set to enjoy a new range of learning experiences.

Worsbrough Mill Museum is hosting a Flour Power project which will see walks, talks and tours for adults and families, more opportunities to volunteer and train, educational resources for schools and display panels based on research of the 17th century water-powered mill.

The project has been made possible thanks to grants of £48,500 from the Heritage Lottery Fund and £35,000 from tourism organisation Welcome to Yorkshire.

Anyone interested in getting involved with the project through researching archives, helping with events or other volunteering should call Richard Moss on 01226 774527.
