A CHOIR leader is appealing for amateur singers to help make sweet music.
Graham Pratt, leader of the Sheffield Folk Chorale, is looking to establish a new community choir next year.
Membership will be open to all and the choir will cover a range of genres, from folk to popular and classical music.
Group members will meet to rehearse together once a week and singers do not need to be able to read music.
Graham said: “The emphasis would be on enjoyment. Although occasional public outings aren’t ruled out, it would not primarily be a performance choir. Rehearsal evening and venue will depend on feedback from interested parties.”
