A COLLECTION of chainsaw-carved sculptures is to go on show at Renishaw Hall Gardens.

Sculptor Lorraine Botterill has created a range of new works for the solo exhibition, which will be displayed on the top lawn of Renishaw Hall’s formal gardens.

Sculptures include Moonstruck made in yew, plane, oak, willow and Equal and Opposite in willow, oak and copper. The pieces on display will also be available to buy.

Alexandra Sitwell, owner of Renishaw Hall, said: “We’re delighted to be launching this new sculpture exhibition. My family has long been very proud of its support for artists.”

The exhibition will be in situ until the end of the season on September 30.

The gardens, museum and galleries are open Wednesdays to Sundays, and Bank Holidays, from 10.30am to 4.30pm each day.
