Sheffield music legend Richard Hawley to DJ at ‘anti-Valentine’s Day’ event

Steel City legend Richard Hawley will DJ at an ‘anti-Valentine’s Day’ event next month.

The singer-songwriter and former Longpigs guitarist will entertain crowds with “sleazy R&R & Las Vegas Grind” as part of the “soirée”, which takes place on 14 February.

The event has been organised by music group Adult Entertainment, the project of another Sheffield-based musician, Adrian Flanagan, who counts The Moonlandingz and The Eccentronic Research Council among his other musical endeavours. A promotional poster for it promises “live music, moist sounds and hot visuals.”
