More fun for the elderly

HUNDREDS of elderly people are to receive more activities and trips out because Sheffield Council is seeking new companies to run the services.

Those attending day centres and older members of the city's Muslim community are among those who will benefit.

Sheffield Council is inviting firms to bid for contracts to run the service, which is used by 350 people.
