Group says it with flowers
SHEFFIELD Floral Club raised £6,500 for St Swithin's Church in Holmesfield with a Chairman's Day of Flowers at a parishioner's home.
The house was decorated with flower arrangements, refreshments were served to visitors, and there were also a number of craft stalls.
The Floral Club will present a cheque to the vicar of St Swithin's in a ceremony at the Memorial Hall, Sheffield City Hall, on September 3, prior to a flower arranging demonstration by Rosemarie Green.
