SHE’S got 1D album, 1D posters, 1D books and 1D magazines - now One Direction fan Diana Nagawa has got 1D tickets to see her favourite band at Sheffield’s Motorpoint Arena, writes Graham Walker.
Diana has won The Star’s Twitter competition for a pair of tickets to see the band’s sold-out first headline show at the venue on March 19, 2013.
We asked fans to tweet saying why the deserved to win, by following The Star’s Digital Editor Graham Walker @GW1962 and using the hash-tag #StarComp1D
Hundreds of fans entered, saying why they deserved to win and our judging panel short-listed four, for Star readers and Twitter users to then vote for their favourite.
People were only allowed to vote one, to keep the process fair - but Diana was the outright winner, picking up 55 per cent of the vote.
Her entry, as @dianakatrinaa, was: “I have 1D album 1D posters 1D books 1D magazine only thing that’s is missing is 1D tour in Sheffield!<3<3<3.”
And that’s the one direction she will now be heading in with a pair of tickets courtesy of The Star and Sheffield Motorpoint Arena.
Another pair of tickets was up for grabs in a draw, via a text and online free entry route. Winner to be confirmed.
