TEXAS with Sharleen Spiteri will top the first of two star-studded days at the new MFEST festival and we have 10 pairs of tickets to be won.

The Star has teamed up with headline sponsor Morrisons and exclusive media partner Real Radio.

Our 10 lucky winners each get a pair of tickets to the first day of this new event at Harewood House, between Leeds and Harrogate - just more than an hour away from Sheffield - on Saturday, July 7.

They will see Texas, Big Country, Matt Cardle, Cher Lloyd, Lawson, Beverley Knight, Bob Geldof, Glen Matlock, Paul Heaton’s The 8th and Bruce Foxton’s From The Jam.

Also performing are Clement Marfo and The Frontline, The Blockheads, Missing Andy, Steve Appleton, Secret Affair, Stephanie Kirkham, The Low Suns and The BibleCode Sundays.

Sheffield electro giants The Human League headline Sunday with a line-up that also includes Heaven 17, Steps, Levellers, Scouting For Girls, Inspiral Carpets, The Pigeon Detectives, Ali Campbell’s UB40, Paul Heaton, Delilah, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Soul II Soul, Mike Peters and more.

MFEST, with three stages and more than 40 artists, is a mix of music, comedy, children’s entertainment, rides and sport, served up with food demonstrations from celebrity chefs Aldo Zilli, Atul Kochhar, Nigel Haworth, Bryn Williams, Pierre Koffmann, Valentine Warner and Claire Clark.

The festival is supporting the Morrisons Raise a Smile charity and £5 from each adult ticket will go to Save the Children.
