VIDEO: Press the play button to watch Kenny talking about making his latest album, Goin’ Home.

He is one of the last of a fading breed of true blues-rock guitar gunslingers and has emerged as one of the contemporary blues world’s leading lights.

His song, Blue on Black, topped the USA Rock Charts for 17 consecutive weeks and all of the accolades heaped upon his playing are well deserved and well earned. But there is so much more to offer.

Latest album Goin’ Home, is a sensational ode to the blues and when asked about it Kenny said: “I felt like I was retracing my steps back to where it all began.”

So luckily for us, Kenny is venturing away from home and over to Plug to bring his own brand of blues-rock.

Guest support Laurence Jones is 22 years old and already making a big name for himself, compared to a young Robin Trower, exciting and full of energy.

Laurence has signed a deal with Ruf Records. His debut for the label, his second album, was recorded at the legendary Dockside Studio in Louisiana, where artists such as BB King and Derek trucks have recorded.

A catalogue of big names appear on the album including Walter Trout, Yonrico Scott, the Grammy award winning drummer, Charlie Wooton and producer Mike Zito.
