Sheffield solo date for former Supergrass star

Former Supergrass frontman Gaz Coombes is bringing his solo show to Sheffield.

The 38-year-old, from Oxford, is hitting the road to mark the April release of single Detroit, from his album Matador – and has announced a show at The Leadmill in Sheffield city centre on Friday, May 22.

Supergrass, who split in 2010, are famous for a string of top-10 singles in the 1990s and 2000s, including Alright, Going Out, Richard III and Moving.
