Taking to the stage tonight in Sheffield will be Steel City favourite Mark Morriss.

The former Bluetones singer brings his impressive solo show to The Greystones.

More than 20 years since he first appeared on the scene as the fresh-faced frontman of the Britpop favourites, the 42-year-old Londoner is back with just a guitar, some witty repertoire and a catalogue of impressive tunes from both The Bluetones era and two excellent solo albums.

Mark says: “There are songs that are very old I have played thousands of times, but they still seem to give people pleasure and they still give me pleasure.

“I try to keep a good balance.

“I have got a big catalogue and people seem to like that. It’s going to be fun.”

Tickets are available on the door, priced £10.
